Bansri Clothing accepts returns and refunds under the conditions mentioned below.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Deductions

In case of an approved return or refund request, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as handling, processing, and operational charges.

The remaining 80% of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products

Any damage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear images or videos for verification.

Once approved, the customer will be eligible for:

Exchange Policy

Bansri Clothing offers a one-time exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the exchanged product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance will be provided as store credit.

Cancellation Policy
